I don't know if there is any such thing. All we ever hear about on here are the outlaws, misfits, incompetents, and just outright plain crooks.
The only useful advice I can give you is never deal with a dispatch company outside of the United States. When the foreigners screw you over, and they will, the local boys are easier to get ahold of.

Dispatch company.... something you should need even less than a factoring company.

You mean they're not calling you? Why start your own business if you're looking to be dispatched?

You’re probably better off, leasing onto a company that cares enough about the business to find their own work. Dispatch company has no skin in the game. Their motivation would never be as high as a person that wants to succeed. But you obviously don’t have much motivation either. I’d lease on before go to a dispatch service, if all you want to do is focus on the equipment moving in a direction. With a dispatch company you’ll be completely stuck doing Spot market freight and not capitalizing on relationships.

% here, % there, and then complain that there's no money.
