Recommended electric sleeper A/C?

    I think electric APUs are the future, but we are not there yet. If we can run vehicles and now even semis, why can’t they come up with a legit APU? Thermo King came up with an electric version a few years ago, but it seems like it never took off. I have never seen it on a semi.

    If you’re buying Egyptian cotton you have no right to run the American flag as your avatar. We only use union-picked American cotton in our truck sheets.

    I really wish that Tesla had decided to go into the APU market. I don’t think it would be that difficult to adapt a Tesla car battery and attach a extra heavy duty generator to charge it and use power from the car battery for climate control during layovers.

    I see Teslas on the road and on car haulers every day and never saw one explode.

    dude, take my advice, think about a real APU. These battery operated things don't hold up in hot continuing weather, you will eventually have to idle to recharge the batteries. Also servicing sucks on them, I know, I had a bunch.

    Actually its Pima cotton grown in Commifornia but people call it Egyptian since it's pretty much the same just made in different parts of the world.
