Recruiting Criteria Question

How strict is Wal-Mart recruiting criteria in terms of:

1) OTR vs other years of CDL driving experience?

2) 10-year rule in terms of a DUI if 9 years have already passed by with a perfect safety record.

The requirements say 30 months of Tractor Trailer Experience in the last 3 years.

As for DUI that is a question for a recruiter.
