But it didn't go on my mvr just $50 that's it

If anything does come of it......I wasn't speeding and could not safely stop. I was around 77,000 lbs. The scale ticket would be on file with the company.

I had this happen to me in Port Lavaca, Texas. Not in a rig but, in my truck. I just payed the fine. Not worth the hassle in my opinion at the time.
-
That's good to know.

I don't think there'll be a manhunt or any posses but I'll check for your picture when I pick up my mail.

Unless they can prove you were the operator they really can't issue any demerit points against your licence. My personal vehicle got a photo ticket a number of years ago. I was told when I paid it that as the vehicle's registered owner, the fine goes to me and if its not paid on time, they can refuse to renew your registration on the vehicle until its paid up. Again though since they have zero proof as to who was operating the vehicle, they could not issue any points against a driver's licence.

Yeah notorious in Chicago they will definetly send it to company then on down to you

Was it the little ole town of Chicago? Because the company outsourced to setup and monitor red light cameras just happened to shorten the yellow light time!!!

Long Island has them all over. Usually have two flashes here, the second flash is the picture of vehicle. We outsource monitoring to a company in Ohio and I think the tix went up to around 120 bucks for all the surcharges that come with it now.
I especially liked when they started the trial school zone speed cameras. Around me they gave out tickets in August when school was not in session yet. One lady in the news got 7 tickets from one camera in one day.
It didn't take too long before all the cams around the schools were removed.
