I have 1998 international 9300 eagle with big sleeper and long nose.
Cummins dealer put new red top cummins engine in it in August 2008.
that new engine has 178k miles now.
500 hp 13 sp.
I will get the truck ready for the road this week , It needs new shock absorbers
muffler repair(minor)and new power steering resivoir(it kind of wet).
The Engine alone was $19000 plus a new turbo and cluch.
If some one offer me $21000 on it before I work on it or $22500 after I
do the repairs then I will sell.

I have a buddy that has a N-14 red top select that has close to 2 million miles and no over haul and it is one of the hardest running trucks i have ran with! N-14s are bullet proof if you ask me!
The Challenger Thanks this. -
I've got an n-14 in a 93 freightliner. 1mil point 2 on the odo, truck is turning 2-3000 miles a week and using virtually no oil.
Give me an n-14 anyday. -
Wonder if mine will last that long....590,000 and counting...

600K is low for a 2000(isn't it?), my 2005 has 606000 with the Red Top and I love it...It seems to outpull most trucks up a hill...I say that as I sit waiting for shop to open tomorrow due to oil leak, but it's still running smoothly!....

Sorry dude but you don't have a red top in your company truck. It has a red valve cover that is true, but it's no red top.
When people take about red tops they're referring to the N14. You have an ISX. -
