What city are you delivering to? If the cold places can't get you in today and the repair shop is also closed for a major repair like that you might as well continue driving... if you're going towards colder weather you may avoid a claim

Maybe call that local tk dealer and find out who they use for emergency cold storage.
I sure they run into this from time to time when they can't fix a loaded reefer unit promptly.

 

20 degrees on liquid eggs? we hauled them at 34-36,so they're fine. 20 degrees must be the consignee request.

yeah,wont hurt to drive up and ask americold. probably a no but then you can cross it off the list.

 

Rent a trailer and dock plate/pallet jack and two Mexicans and cross load it

 

yah,the trailer rental place itself may be able to cross load it. make a few calls on that too.
