    Yes, it is.
    Weird.

I'll call again. Maybe, I got an agent who didn't want to do any work.

If you are running under your own authority then I don’t see the problem. Your a carrier. Maybe call Indianapolis?

I did get my agent involved. There is NO other way around it.
They will also blame it on you, you didn't rent a trailer yet. Or that you didn't fix it yet.
As if suggesting,I'm the one taking my time. They are the ones buying time with it. That is why you can't as others said do it alone.
They will trip you in the process.

You would’ve been far better off getting Great West involved from the start. I mentioned in another thread that my friend was in an accident coming home with a new truck when a hot shot crossed the center line and sideswiped him. He called Great West immediately. So far they’ve already reimbursed him for the tow bill he paid and they are handling 100% of the truck repairs. They told him to pick a shop and get an estimate and they will go after the other insurance company because that’s what their lawyers are for.

Yes, I know. I was naive. I'm doing it now.

I opened my own claim today. I was advised to do it by a consultant working for Great West.
