Reefers good or bad?

    What is a washout...and how often is it done ??

    A washout is where you have the inside of your trailer pressure washed to remove any debris left from the load such as blood. The trailer will need to be odor free as well so be prepared to go to a truckstop and have the trailer washed especially after hauling poultry products.

    reefers are a real pain.You have to sit at these grocery warehouse most of the time for 8 hours or more,pay lumpers to unload your freight or do it your self and while your there be treated worst then dirt at most of them.
    as for loading some times it might take 3 days with running around from town to town getting your trailer loaded,and somtimes you have to wait for the produce to come off the fields and be cooled down before it can be put on truck(then drive hard to get the load there on time and do it all over again.

    If you deciede to go with the reefers just please do not park next to me if its a loud one, I cannot stand listening to them while trying to sleep if they are a loud one.
