On loadboards, some loads are listed (refer or van) and some are listed (van) cant anything that is hauled in a van be hauled in a refer?

I'd be worried about loads that could potentially damage the reefer. Punching holes in the interior insulation, and so on. Plus weight is a factor. Reefer trailers weigh more than standard dry-box.

If I was going to purchase a dry van, I would buy a reefer instead.

I wouldn't want to haul bloody meat, then try to pickup up a load of high dollar electronics. I also wouldn't want to haul insulation, and then grab a load of grapes. So you'll need to have the trailer washed out from time to time depending, but that's just part of doing what ya have to do.

The inside or a reefer is smaller then a dry van because of the insulation. The flOor to ceiling is less for the same reason. Also the reefer has an aluminum floor that you can't nail anything too.

    So no. Not anything.

    Plus reefer is heavier
