    I am trying that so hard, and at times, he will look at the rpm, and then he will change and go back to ear. It is getting so frustrating. I am starting to wonder if he just has a either a memory problem or something else. It has gotten to the point, after 50 hours, we can not go team. I am super solo the whole 240, possible 300

    im slowly learning by the sound but still watch the tach, my truck I just got likes the rpm's just a tad different than the last one I was in but it shifts nice and I seem to be able to float much easier too.
