Well i.m starting a driver in two weeks dedicated home at least twice a.week at 1500 to 2000 a week on a W-2 ....I am still worried i.m under market as my email just got hit with a dedicated Walmart gig with Crete avging 89k a year

It’s 2cpm for Otr dry van and flatbed drivers. New drivers will now get a 3cpm increase when they reach 6 months/60,000 miles instead of the current 1cpm.

I heard from the big wigs there going to be a nice pay increase across the board for all drivers. Swift is in the middle of renewing a lot of their contracts with their customers right now.

Swift announced last week a 2cpm increase for all otr, refrigerated and flat bed drivers. Weren’t specific about dedicated though,

2500 mile run .02 increase means a 50 dollar increase in gross. meh.

That’s $2600 dollars a year. If you’re making 50cpm that’s a 4% raise. That’s pretty standard for any industry.JOHNQPUBLIC Thanks this.
