Refused Service Coronavirus

Naw. Venting is good. We all need to do it at times. Just some people are a little thin skinned at times.

Simply put. Polite debate is great. It'd suck if we all thought the same thing. Just should be polite in our disagreements.

 

You know if they say wear a mask I just do it

 

I agree, however this morning I walked a good mile from the truckstop to a restaurant that I looked up on my phone to order some takeout. As I approached the door they had a sign that you could not enter without a mask and it hit me that I had forgotten mine in my truck.

I didn’t have anything on me to improvise. I looked inside the window and there was no other customers so I decided I would take a shot. I went inside and was told I needed to exit.

that’s when I stated to the manager, “have you ever put up a chain-link fence around your yard to keep the flies out? Because that’s about as good a job as your mask does keeping the virus off you. Lol The virus particulates are 1000 times smaller than the weave openings in the masks that everyone is wearing. It’s completely useless.

 

It interrupts the flow from your nose and mouth so droplets of spittle carrying the virus either get stuck in the mask or don't travel very far. Stop making excuses for why you're not wrong.

 

The particulates of matter expelled when someone coughs, sneezes or from talking breathing, yes, it can help to some degree. But the virus is truly airborne and branches off from piggy back riding on this mist and then can this float in the air for hours, or be disturbed and distributed about the air again and again before it dies. when it’s in that state, truly aerosol, (as it has been shown the ability to achieve) A mask that the average person is wearing is rendered useless. You need a P100 particulate respirator Type mask or better to to protect yourself.

 

I can see others outside. Asking someone with a mask to make a purchase. Kinda like an underage trying to get liquor. Lol. I’ve had people get food through a drive thru before. No walk ups allowed. Maybe a masked “runner” service at the Truckstop. New gig. I guess Uber eats has that covered. Back to the idea mill. Has to be a way to make some $$ off this crap.
