myself I would notify the company and ask if they could get it cleaned, but unless it was a health thing I wouldn't go to the wall over it. yeah its crappy if you have to pay for the supplies and clean it yourself, but at least then its clean to your standards. simple green cuts grease and smell pretty good. I should know the pooch got her head stuck in the power window( she lived) and crapped and peed all over the leather seat in my pickup one year. cleaned right up no smells lingering, but OOOOOOHHHHHH was it a nasty cleanup

Going to depend on the company. I am a non-smoker also and there is absolutely no way I would drive a truck that someone smoked in! I cannot stand cigarette smoke!
