Had 3.42 when I first bought it. The truck was repainted and platinum rebuild done in 2014 with paperwork. 550hp. New clutch in 2016

As with all deals... buyer beware. I had a suspision there was something a miss when he took my offer of $28k. Turned out the rears were shot. They were expensive rears with this 4 way locker deal. My mechanic scored a deal on some used rears from either a T600 or T660 with 3.25 gears with partial trade for my old ones with worn out carriers.

And yes.. 3406 not as smooth as acert C15. But it sound good. The only issue I have is with the tranny. It's noisy as all hell. I've had it looked at twice. Been told that's just how the 15spd is. It sounds like the synch are coming apart. Best way I can describe it. Other than that I love it. Sitting low and profiling like a super trucker.

Hehehe and the 15 will let you know if your shifts aren’t perfect lol.

Don’t quote me here but I think I read something about the 15 has straight cut gears instead of chamfered teeth. Might be why they whine like they do. Mine is the same
