Hmmm......Im not calling BS here, But Really? An OOS for a tail light? That doesn't happen, What else did he find?
Been out here 30 years- They dont pull you over in a pounding rain over a taillight bulb.

Were you driving too fast for conditions he may have felt?

99% of these guys dont even want to bother us If we look and act professional.....I Know how it goes.

I Gotta question some of these stories I read here.

99% is a high ### estimate. I might, might go 40%. And getting lower by the day.

Nope, honest to God truth. Drivers side tail light was shot. Just got a warning, but was placed OOS. Not speeding and found no other violations. It was raining is why my lights were on, otherwise he would not have known I had a bulb out. He specially told me the tail light out was why he stopped me.

I’ve probably still got the ticket in a file somewhere, but it was a couple of years ago and not worth my time to dig it up.

Maybe, but the first excuse out of his mouth was about his job. The fifth amendment doesn't have anything to do with that.

I give him an A for effort. Those cuffs don't feel good.

I’m not sure what’s better, the video or all of the legal advice from the keyboard lawyers in the comments.

Are trying to say you have a law degree and drive truck for the fun of it?
If you don't have a law degree then your comment gets filed with the rest of the comments, no?
    LMAO

I don’t, but I am smart enough to realize that I work in a regulated industry. I’m not out here spouting off that scale houses are a violation of my rights and I don’t try and quote Constitutional amendments because I’m not getting my way.

In the end, that dude agrees to the infraction - in a way forfeiting his integrity by legally "agreeing" to the charges - because he feels too weak to firmly stick to his cause (fearing a criminal record) and keep fighting the battle started by him. Weak resolve...

All that in order to be a 5 min Youtube celebrity?
