Ok, removed dpf filter again. Filter passed no problems. Had ecm harness replaced to the sensors and the injectors also replaced pump on the right side of the motor( blow by tube), mechanic said there's lots of oil in the wire harness. It was dripping from the big connector on the ecm. This didn't fix the rough idle or regen. No seems to have a idea in what us wrong. In other suggestions is appreciated.

What exactly seems to be going on? Why was the DPF removed again?

Hawaii... what is your fuel pressure? Have the tech remove the fuel temp sensor and check fuel pressure at idle and rated. Should be 65 psi idle, 84 psi rated Have they done a cylinder cut out test or an idle speed balance test? Have the tech check doser line pressure, should be under 40 psi with the fuel cut off valve at 100%. The compensation pressure (pressure going to the doser block) should be 85 psi. I know you said they replaced the doser injector, but if the doser line pressure is going above 40 psi, you may need to have them remove the doser injector coolant block that bolts to the s pipe and have them clean the carbon behind the injector. You may also want to have the tech check all dpf pressure and temp sensors key on engine off, with the engine cold and make sure they are all reading correctly. What is the code you are getting? There are a lot of different codes that have to do with the regen that can help the tech determine what is going on.

Texasmorrell, since you have a cummins, you may want to start a new thread. As cummins have a lot different aftertreatment setups..

No don't worry about it. You were right. I hijacked the thread.
