Pic #1 Note the left pipe is from inlet (before DPF) right is from after DPF.
Pic#2 Sensor is right on the top connected with red rubber tubes. Bolted to the bracket with 2 10mm bolts.
Pic#3 DPF differential pressure sensor harness plug. To disconnect pull red things out till click then push locker down and pull plug out at same time.Last edited: Aug 9, 2015

Thank you so much for advice and pics.
Just two weeks ago when I cleaned my DPF filter i had to take it off and put it back. I was able to take upper one (sensor) off and cleaned it. The lower one I couldn't take out. Tomorrow I will go to the shop again and will ask them to check it out.
Thanks again. Take care -
Really bad sign. Most likely EGR cooler is leaking and DPF is plugged with coolant. I'm so sorry to say it but new DPF is requared. Dont try to clean it just wasting money. My buddy did same. Every cleaning was $500 and was good for two-three weeks. When we cut the old DPF it was plugged with reddish sh...t in the deep so from top and the bottom it was looks like new. Not to mach coolant need to destroy DPF. I heard someone was trying to wash DPF with pressure washer but cant say it is working.

Check electrical plug!!!!!!!!!! Sensor could be OK but no connection to ECM
-
Terminal Manager I spoke with recently said 90% of July repairs were related to emissions system and sensors...
-
then there would be fault clearly indicating the issue..
-
I had no fault and no any code relating to regen system

50% - 50%
If no connection at all YES if additional resistivity in circuit it will change signal voltage. Ohm low is unbreakable. -
you may have inactive code or may not have it. it depends from ecm software version. any malfunction related to sensors or wiring would show you a code. the regen does not start because of some factors. that could be low engine coolant temp, abnormal fuel pressure,...
