Regen too often

I’ve got a 2016 Peterbilt 579 with a isx cummins it’s said it will derate in a few hrs but threw itself in a regen when I stopped but the rpm’s was only at 900 can someone tell me if this is norm

I have a 2013 KW t800 and it wants to do a parked regen every few hours now, and I just burned my cans last week. It will run strong and then boom, soot level high dpf regen required. It finishes the regen successfully and lights go away for a few hours before coming back.
