Regional in Akron with no experience?

I ran Ohio regional for them about 15 years ago; wasn't a bad gig, actually. Got by the house often, with the rig even.

 

Any company with terminal or yard in Houston Texas that offer regional runs home weekly for new graduates?

 

What about working the dock driving a forklift at YRC

 

JRayL Transport has terminal in Houston. Has local/regional/OTR.
LaBatt Foodservice may have something. They run Texas and New Mexico.
TransAm has a Texas regional position that pays $900 weekly.

My guess is LaBatt is the best of the three, but that's a guess. It's foodservice and they usually pay well.
McLane Foodservice and Reinhart Foodservice and Sygma Network, all foodservice, hire new cdl grads for "Driver Associate" positions.

 

JBS Carriers may have something. They hire new cdl grads. Soneone said they were bought out by another company, but haven't seen anything for sure about that.

 

I couldn't get JBS Carriers website to open. Maybe you can or maybe they were sold.
