Question: I bought a dry van and I have the title. I want to rent it out to truck drivers. How do I go about preparing it for drivers?

Sign a contract, preferably get their SSN, so they are on a hook to pay you for damages if that would to happen, get them to put your trailer on their insurance policy and get listed as the primary party for the payout
