    Last time I had a roadside I was on a US hwy in NC. The DOT cop pulled behind me and called me on the radio telling me to take the next exit and pull off on the shoulder. He was astonished he was able to communicate with me and seemed to appreciate it. Checked my lights, paperwork and sent me on my way with a clean level one in ten minutes flat lol. Sometimes I can't help but believe some officers appreciate drivers these days not wearing ear buds and flip flops.

    I had to do a double take on the knucklehead I saw in our yard having just parked his truck and was walking toward the building wearing shower shoes with socks pulled up over his knees.
