    Too many under
It all depends, I’ve never had a load rejected. But in my opinion, all aspects of when and where the product was from the time when they left the farm to the time you attempted to deliver them would get analyzed and scrutinized to determine who either gets compensated and at what percentage of the agreed upon contracted states or if anyone gets compensated at all. Regardless of what led to rejection, you shouldn’t be left empty handed or suffer from your pay being docked unless you displayed any gross negligence, which clearly, isn’t the case. The problem is the time you have to waste in dealing with the issue. Most likely, the carrier will get fined a predetermined rate stated in their contract and possibly the shipper would have to cover all charges incurred involved, including the disposal of the product.
