Relay on demand app

I've seen this company or app I should say a couple of times. Relay on demand. does anybody have any experience dealing with them? And what's the process like? I see they want you to take the drug test and an MVR which there doesn't seem to be much info on the process. All I see is videos from people who already work for the company but still not saying much.
