    That would be a valid draw if I came across something like that here. Article says a carrier got this driver stopped at gunpoint and out of the vehicle so it worked out well. I must wonder though, Mass is extremely anti gun.

    It depends. As long as the firearm is registered and the person possessing the firearm has a FOID card from MA then he/she may be in the clear.

    Oh god. In other words permission from the State to carry anything then the weapon UGH.

    There are states where you can holster and go without none of that.
