i've been considering taking out my bottom bunk and mounting a wrap around counter top to make a desk all the way around and installing a captains chair in the center on a swivel base, grey water tank on passenger side for a small gravity fed sink for dish cleaning, t.v mounted on back wall along with an a/c for when parked. generator on back deck for power wired into cab. fridge on lower left side with counter top on that side being a cooking station.
