Yup...I'm sure I'd get some complaints if I tried it, too...
Gears Thanks this. -
I took mine out 5 years ago and don't miss it at all. I have no plans of putting it back in either . It sure does open up the cab when you take it out !

I plan on removing mine in the next few weeks... I need to have a good place for my small plastic file cabinet and few other things.
It also weighs almost 100 lbs. so getting rid of it will help, too.gabe11 Thanks this. -

As has been said, when I removed the seat in my 379 it really opened things up in there. My dog enjoyed the extra room to roam too. He was 70 pounds and it was like running team with that dog in a Pete with a 63 inch bunk. Petes are not famous for having a lot of storage space.

Each location of ours has 1-2 trucks with passenger seats, for training purposes. The rest have a tool box over there with a cushioned top....but you're not supposed to have someone sit there.

When I was driving Pete I've removed pass seat. I've put night stand there. With additional storage space it worked very well. I've actualy nailed night stand to piece of plywood and screwed it to the floor using seat holes.

I've concidered it, but my dog likes to sit there from time to time, but unlike lostandfound, I wasnt going to put a tolet in place of it, i was going to use the space for a refrig. For me, cant use my truck like a restroom, if I need to use the restroom, I'll go into the t/s
