Why, that would be perfect, especially if you put one of them chitters there, so the other driver would have a place to sit.

I can't imagine needing more room in a truck with a bunk on it, especially with the houses we call bunks these days.Even when I ran the Alcan hot and heavy and caried all my artic gear, lots of extra parts, a stove to make coffee, and enough food to get me through Northern Canada, I never lacked for sttorage room.
I can't imagine sitting next to a chitter all day every day either. lol

lol boy this is a old thread. 2011 before i even bought my first truck. i don't think we ever did take the pasenger seat out of that truck. i did take the passenger seat out of the 42" flat top fld that i had always had a pasenger seat in my mack, unsure if ill run with a passenger seat in my 359 when thats done. the extra room is nice but my dog likes having a seat to sit up in and look out the window and in the rare cases someone might ride with you its good to have.

as far as being legal in a team truck. id say you would want a passenger seat in a team truck. might not be illegal as long as the bunk neting is in place that is suppose to restrain someone sleeping in the bunk and is being used. the issue i could see is if you get pulled over and the team driver is sitting on the bed and the the restraint isnt being used you could potentially get a seat belt ticket. the fact that you don't have a passenger seat and a team driver may draw the cops attention to that fact
