renting my flatbed , any advise

    currently renting out my flatbed to a driver i work with ( i'm a dispatcher ) driver pays me through bank transaction , driver is currently running with our own authority and insurance , there no lease ag nor insurance on trailer . i'm thinking to add gps insurance and lease in the future , any advice for gps , insurance and website for lease ag.?

    You or him must buy fire and theft insur so you dont wake up one day to not having a trailer?

    You can ck. with OOIDA they sell the insur. you need and have info on their web/site for paperwork for him to sign a lease that lays out what you need in it/
