Replace Bunk Outlets

Hey guys I drive a 2016 Cascadia Evolution.

Pretty simple request but I can't figure it out: I want to remove and replace the accessory plugs beneath the bunk but they're held in by some plastic puzzle box and my tiny brain can't fathom how to get them to turn loose. And since they're way down in the bunk it's hard to get a good look at them. Can anyone help me out?
