    Hmmm, possibly. Really hoping to do the project here in my shop but upon closer checking of PJ Adams website I see they don't offer rails for Volvos since they have a 'splayed ' frame, meaning wider in the front than the rear. Still waiting for Vicon to get back to me if they can provide rails.

    Theres a place, cant recall the name, that will stamp, cut and drill your new rails while you're out making money with the truck. It might be vicom...? They use factory blueprints and will even shorten/ lengthen the rails to your specs.

    I don't know how bad your frames are, but is it possible to just buy the back end and weld them in?

    Or maybe go to a junkyard and buy whatever length of frame that you need? Or buy a cut off with longer frame rails?

    To replace the entire rail is a much larger job.
