Dealer prices are usually around 100% markup. I always look online when I can. Like previous poster said, ebay is always a good place to start. I like jmturbo.com. But, sometimes you have to bite the bullet if you are on the side of the road. Most online places will overnight parts for an extra fee and you can still come out ahead

P.B. Blaster is good stuff. Can get it anywhere AutoZone, Wal Mart, etc. The best thing to do with an old turbo and manifold is to spray P.B. Blaster on the studs several times a day for the course of a week while working/driving the truck. The heat, cold cycles help the penetrating oil do its job. Do it on your pre-trip, at lunch time, then your post trip and maybe in between. Do that for several days and they should come off relatively easy. First time I changed my turbo I had never done it. Just watch how you take it apart and put it back the same. Definitely use anti-seize and I would get a new clamp for the exhaust housing to exhaust pipe too. Took me about 3 hours the first time.

I have had good success using a hammer and punch on the nuts after hitting it with Blaster. Same routine Rollin suggests only after you spray the studs punch every nut.

Even with pb blast I had to spray like 3-4 days till I was able to take of nuts. These bolts are seized, best would be to heat with the torch them so you dont risk to brake them. Be careful with those bolts if you brake them you will have a lot of problems. You have to use 12 point wrench so its very easy to strip nuts if you turn wrong. When you put new turbo clean exhaust manifold surface, put new gasket, torque lock nuts 43-54 lb ft. Thats what detroit manual says.
