Replace wheel bearings and seals?

I wouldn't worry about the seals now, just crawl under there every now and then with a flashlight to check 'em. That way you can see the leak before it gets onto the brake shoes and way before it gets onto the tires. Ought to do that anyway, even if you do replace the seals.
