Replacing shocks on 2012 t700 question

Thanks I'm going to go ahead and buy some Thin wrenches and I'm also going to go ahead and buy a welding torch that can go ahead and cut that bolt off if need be thank you so much it's I'm just barely learning how to start working on my truck myself I'm a new owner operator so it's it's one of those things where I'm trying to learn as I go
