Replacing Stolen Antenna

    Well the quick disconnect is a good idea on paper. However the antenna wobbles on it, so that's a no-go.

    O-PLEASE ....

    Its because ladder line is a lower loss and has a higher velocity factor then coax, like .99 compared to .66 for cheap coax and a loss rate which is measured in loss per 1000 feet compared to loss per 100 feet for coax....

    UNLESS youhave a ballance feed coax is the only way to go ......

    Yeah and most of the time the statements made about it have nothing to do with the real world!
