Report to DAC?

Maybe he can get a job building new American cars, where they smoke dope and drink beer on their lunch break.

 

Any specific's to include or not include on a bad dac report on one incident and a termination from Prime for misconduct not for safety
reasons.
I was not up front how i scraped the trailer and wouldn't have been fired
they claim if i had not lied.
I was a new driver and solo my instruction period was cut short and
ended back on the training pad waiting for driving time and that was
pretty much just the parking lot.
There was no truck stops around and was just going around in circles
looking to park it and wait for my delivery time.
Missed a turn and the next one was a residential area where i didn't belong.
An appeal i made for unemployment reversed the discision on the fact
it wasn't willfull misconduct

 

what i have found with rebuttals to a DAC report is the employer just doesn't always read them..

i would rather write up an explanation before hand and turn that in with the application, this way, they got it in hand first, and will most likely read that along with all the other paper work you submitted.

 

Is there a place with the online apps to say explain the prior situation that got
you terminanted?
If not that limits you to going in person to apply at places or mailing apps.
In a way they get a hard copy in the mail or in person their more likely to notice the extra effort made to get the job.
But tend to disagree that not putting an actaul rebuttal on the dac wouldn't
do any good, It's better that any prospective employer seeing their slanted
side of the story and nothing else if they do read it.

 

Has anybody ever disputed what was on the dac report, get them to take it off,only have them put it back on at a later date. They put someone else's criminal history on mine, got them to take it off,only to have them put this other persons info back on. I have a very common name and this other person has same name(different middle name) but has the same birthdate and year from the same city, but we are a different ethicity even says so on dac report. I find it hard to believe they can stay in business by putting false info on somebody's report and get away with on a continuing basis.(Shew just had to get this off my chest)

 

you are NOT the only person that has said this...

you need to make sure ALL information is correct, even down to the middle name, do you mean to say, his middle name is "george" and yours is Larry...???

or, do you mean to say, his middle name is George, and yours is GARY...?? see what i mean, the LETTER of the middle name, are they the same..???

you need to some how get them to get that information off and stay off...sometimes, a well written letter by your attorney, and they WILL make corrections.....is what you might have to do....or threaten them with a lawsuit.....have the lawyer put a scare into them....

 

Rerun,I don;t know what his middle name is,but I use my full name when I fill out an kind of app.Dac has used my full name and had it correct,its when they don't use my full name they get mixed up. Anyhow thanks for the info,guess I'll have to go the attorney route

 

Hope he doesn't oversalt the fries again...............
