    To each his own.

    However, what’s right is right. This may be somewhat justifiable IF it’s a long run AND you’re against your 70 and they gave it to someone just coming off a reset and has a fresh clock.

    Barring all that, if this was a case of you having plenty of time to run it and some turd in the office pulled you off of it for no other reason than to cater to one of his favorites, I have a big problem with that and at the very least the “favorite” would be resecuring and tarping that load himself.

    I agree with you. Really. That’s why I was ticked. I am over it and life moves on. But it is not forgotten and will not happen to me again. Like somebody else said, “fool me once.. “

    I do think these load planners and dispatchers make mistakes with who they send and they must grab somebody else to fix it. The other driver was late. The load needed somebody pronto. That was me. I was sitting to get my heater fixed. So the repair waited a day longer.

    I’m not shy about going off. I just don’t want to live like anymore. So I came here.

    I agree with Sixx on several counts: 1 you can negotiate the money 2 you can't negotiate after the fact near as strong as during the fact.


    Is that all they had for you for work that day? Idk what company guys tend to get for a day's work- seems to me that amount of work would be worth $200 or better for a employee of mine.
