Roehl doesn't hire out of my area. Spoke with a recruiter from Carter Express, but due to me being a new CDL Grad I would have to team drive for 1 year with them to be hired.

A few of the other postings expired.

I'm wondering if the Carter Express would be more worth my time seeing as it will be a regional position as opposed to going OTR with Swift, Schneider, or Prime.

 

I'd go with Carter then. Have to reload in Laredo after delivering auto parts, so home time probably be much better.

 

Sometimes Swift Refrigerated has dedicated accounts with lots of home time.
Ask about that. Carter may be better for you though. Call and find out what's offered.

Yes... I have been with DHT since March. I am an OTR Driver, but, they have a terminal in Laredo. May have local/regional. I am very happy here. Give them a call.
