Resetting th SOOT LEVEL

    thats all fine and dandy, but my DPF filter is brand new and has been taken out and inspected multiple times in the last 3 months to verify nothing is wrong. actually, #### near everything has been replaced on mine except the DOC filter, and the ACM, however, the DOC was baked and flow tested as good. I still have my intuitions that my ACM got a bad flash back when this whole ordeal started

    Silly question but is it a OEM filter?

    Pressure Delta is the measure of soot loading , next items would be the pressure sensor on the inlet side and wiring. I would agree that if something's messed up with the computer it could cause it to act erratic as well.

    Did you check the fuse and power wire to the ACM for bad connection or melted fuse ?

    just took off the flex pipe and sure enough it is cracked inside and was releasing fibers. they were all over the dpf.
