KoldTrans I posted earlier will let you team.
wiseBear Thanks this. -
My personal recommendation: I would exhaust ANY & ALL solo driving position opportunities -- before resorting to team duty.
Another carrier option for you to consider: Marten Tranport. Marten does quite a bit of reefer duty. They also have a fair number of terminals, which should help you with overnight parking, at least sometimes:
Terminals - Marten Transport
Marten (on paper, at least) will accept you with 6 months experience:
Dedicated 2023 - Marten (drive4marten.com)
In your case -- I might try to get on with them doing a dedicated account. For example: Marten pulls A LOT of loads for Walmart. Steady freight = steady paychecks.
Note also: Marten PAY$ YOU to park it/shut down in bad weather/bad road conditions. Other reefer carriers probably won't.
Think about it....![[IMG]](https://www.thetruckersreport.com/truckingindustryforum/styles/default/xenforo/smilies-vb/icon_scratch.gif)

Thanks Lual you’re awesome! I’ve heard good things about this company. I didn’t realize I’d be eligible for them. Thank you for the advice about exhausting solo options first. While I am open to teaming it’s tricky to find anyone who is the right fit.
