    And a Federal Appeals Court just ruled in favor of the FMCSA on Friday so get used to the way it is because that's the way it's going to stay. I agree the vampire drivers got the short, stinky end of the deal with the new 34 recap requiring two nights 0100 to 0500 sleeper.

    Got about as much chance as a bill requiring the FSC to be passed thru to the trucker.......

    Sooner or lster we will have no choice to go on strike they wont be happy until they get us down to 40hrs in 7days then how the hell we gonna make money no one because we.need that 70 to make what we are and some drivers are barely make $400 a wk
