In fact if you get the T/A apps you can order up your shower right on your phone.

 

This is a no brainer. Do you want 1 free shower every time you fill up? Ok then.

 

But also wait until you stop in for fuel or a 10 or whatever. No need to make a specific stop for one.
As they are free it's silly not to get it from everyone that offers one.

 

Also can do it from the Pilot app.

I had PFJ, TA/Petro, and Loves on my phone. They came in handy, though they don't work every time for various reasons. Downloads are quick. You'd be a fool not to.

 

I call it a shower card. If you don't have one, you'll have to pay for showers. Some have recently stopped giving points for in-store purchases (some bologna excuse about employees stealing points or something) and only give points for fuel purchases. If you're worried about privacy or identity theft, you could always tell them a different birthday, but you'd need to remember what other date you used since you'll need it to login at some places.

 

I’ve got loves and Pfj cards. Threw my ta/ petro card away a long time ago. Don’t get fuel there and they made it difficult to use the thing.

 

If you run PA,OH,IN get also Speedway card. They have no showers but have better and cheaper food selection.Pizza for example is only $5 and boneless rib sandwiches are good!
