The rfx is intended to be run at 10-13w carrier and peak is usually around 80w. Vs a typical tuned cb of 4-5w carrier and 20-30w peak, it is a noticeable improvement.
Wow!!! Finally someone who knows that a higher carrier will increase you transmit distance over a low carrier. You would not believe the number of people who think its the other way around.
