Yep, my trainer is Jeff Beck out of Cartersville. I'm from GA so glad to hear Southern speak again. Not sure who my dispatcher is yet. Jeff and I have talked already, I think we're gonna get along good. He's kept me up to date with his routes so I think we're good to go.

    You coming back?

Lil' something I Wrote on my FB page a while ago,,

Sitting here in the motel room where I've been for the last 4 weeks, just reflecting.
I met a young inner city man, 22 years old from Milwaukee, classmate of mine. His name is Keron. Tall, lanky kid trying to help himself and take care of his sick mama.
I'm so proud of Keron, flunked his first driving test but nailed the last one. He is the "most improved" in our class to me and I'd be proud to drive with him.

Funny, stick five grown men together in a case for a common cause and it's amazing how fast they become friends. No matter age, race, religion, et. al..

Big Mac, Baby Ray, Kid and Tattoo,,, oh yeah, our instructor, Cornbread.

Supposed to meet up with Jeff tomorrow in Richfield. I don't know where we're going but I'm cool with it as long as it ain't here.

Little update here as I'm trying to not derail Steve's MillisTransfer Experience. Lolz,,,,
7.5k miles under my belt now,,,,, halfway to getting MY truck. Jeff is taking a 4 day weekend off to build a deck on his house, dropped me in Cartersville yesterday. I have a sister 1.5 hours away who's coming to pick me up this morning to spend the weekend with her. Haven't seen her in two years. She's a good Southern cook too!
If there is any advice my old arse might give to students and those thinking about it,,,,, stick to your guns, listen to your heart, do what you know is the right thing for you.
If any new students want a personal opinion, hit me up with a PM. I'll shoot you my cell number and we can talk.

    Man, time flies!
Well, I did it. Tested out this past Fri in BRF. Got a 460xx series truck that was having electrical problems and couldn't get it fixed before I was to leave out Fri night,,,, soooo, I got another 460xx series truck that was in a lot better shape. My dispatcher William is a pretty cool guy, ran the snot out of me this weekend with some short hops. With the hours I had last week and this weekend, I've got 4 hours left on my 70 and won't recap till tomorrow.

With that said, I was supposed to deliver in @Steelersjunkie favorite place of NJ at 1330 today but no way. I let William know that this morning and he said they could only reschedule for Wed so we agreed for me to do a reset the rest of today and tomorrow to get a fresh start on Wed. Lord knows I can use the rest!

Alrighty then, sittin' here in Carlisle, PA about to hit the sack. Gonna look up what there is to do around here for tomorrow. Later guys and gals!
