I didn't find the Richmond, VA terminal to be that good.
I took my truck in because it was shaking badly.
They said they could find nothing wrong, even after a test drive.

When I got home this time I got it in to the Inver Grove terminal.
They replaced steer tires, a leveling valve, and a couple other things.
I'll only see if the problem is actually fixed once I get it out on the road, but Richmond didn't do a darn thing.

I like the ProStar's, except that they are in the shop more than on the road.

Inver Grove did a good job with my truck. It now rides like new.
