I don’t call on TQL loads, I just don’t get anywhere with them. However, if I post my truck and they call…. They will pay a decent amount to get it moved. I guess it works for them to go cheap until the end.

Do you post your truck on DAT or on their load board?

    PPLC and Siinman Thank this.

I was wondering if you get a lot of calls from bogus brokers when you post on DAT. That seems to be a common problem.

No, in the comments I market my equipment and services, and also write double brokering, will be reported. Does it help, maybe?

It's the Indian Dispatch services that start calling me whenever i post my truck on DAT. Multiple times per day and then for the next month after I post once.

Yep I get the samething. They look at all the posted trucks to try and get a ####### to sign up with them. Wish there was a way to block it but does not seem to be anyway.

That's where you tell them there is a $200 "app fee" for your time & how would they like to pay?, and in that time of their confusion I simply hang up.

"It's only xxx miles," yes but it still takes all day and is way more aggravating to do, I hate real short runs unless they're like I'm doing now, 160 miles one way, bounce back empty for another and do 2 a day for a week or more.

I don't call on TQL loads and don't answer if they call me. The few that do pay enough to possibly be worth doing want tarps and have half a dozen drops, and they think they're doing you a favor at 3 a mile on that ####. In 6 years I've never done a single load for them, would like to keep it that way.
