Did you pinch your sciatic nerve? Got mine in October. My 3 outer left foot toes are still generally numb.
5'10", 200lbs. Wrecked myself picking up a chock block and turning wrong.
Right leg feels tingly all the time

I do foodservice but work alone two days a week, with some decent drives between stops. I usually take my shoes/boots off and do the same thing. I’m in good shape, don’t smoke (weekly cigars don’t count right?) and obviously do plenty of moving around but still deal with a right leg/ankle/foot issue. It’s always a relief to kick the boots off lolTrucker61016 Thanks this. -
Does it still tingle?

do the twist and loosen up, touch your toes, while lying in bed bring one knee to your chest, cross that leg then try to bring them both to your chest.

About 2yrs ago I noticed tingling on my feet, didn't think of it and I just ignored all. Then 3 months ago, my legs started swelling up with discomfort on my knees. I thought it was knee Arthritis, then this week I started wearing compression socks. A big relief, funny thing is I been driving for 9 yrs and just turned 49 last month, no belly at all. Really sucks what Trucking does to our health

As mentioned, probably sciatica. Very common for us because we sit so long.
