Here is a list of rigmaster repair shops I got from bus n truck. I can't upload the file so I'll share it through a link. This list is of shops that have been trained by rigmaster. Bus n truck off course is the best location above all, but these other ones are certified by rigmaster

 

Very welcome! It's good to have the knowledge so you can guide road assist on where to get it fixed. Sometime ra's atlas only shows Springfield, Salt Lake City, or Pitston and they forget about the rest of the country, lol.

 

True, I got the we don't trust that location we'll route you thru a terminal and get it fixed

 

Granted Prime has been burned before with shops and they may have a note on certain ones to avoid. I know when it comes to freightliner shops, there are a few that they flat out won't even tow you to even if you were a block away.

 

APU Center is right down the street from them. It is where l got mine.

 

Update: Rigmaster came out with an updated fan belt system that replaces the engine pulleys and uses a serpentine belt now. l had to pay $198 for mine at APU Center. Should have been free after paying to replace six fan belts before. Did the first one two weeks after l bought it.

A friend and l did the work. l also put a new altinator on l got off Amazon for $204.
