    He said in the OP it only does it when the truck is in motion. That rules out all bearings having to do with the engine.

    True. But he didn't say they ran the RPMs up while parked either. Or if the noise changed by ground speed or RPMs. And "in motion" usually requires an increase in RPM.... Usually... So, I added my thoughts in order to potentially help with the situation. If it doesn't help, so be it. Only my time typing it was wasted.
