Unfortunately as @Hammer166 said I can’t seem to find the story either… weird
    Maybe @bzinger can help?
Stan was not only a great knowledgeable and helpful guy here on the forum but was also a forward thinking old school problem solver in his business.
I had a lot of respect for him and admired him greatly along with some others on this forum.
Stan actually lived originally in a very small town just south of Cortland ny called Freetown ny.
Brettj3876 all though it is a very small town you may be familiar with it as it is not far from your area?

    Yes
After reading what I wrote I will go back and edit my post to say Stan was originally from Freetown NY so it’s not so confusing.

    Hammer166 and bzinger Thank this.

Yes just off 41 on county rd 160 believe.
    A tiny little rural town.
I’m not far from there either.
    Two hrs east of Binghamton.

Good evening, everyone. I don't follow the car hauler threads so was unaware of Stan's passing. We grew up together back here in Easton, PA, but we lost touch probably around the late '90's and when the obituary appeared in today's Easton paper, I was stunned and saddened. Stan is survived by his mother, Janet, a son, Jason, two brothers, and grandchildren, all whom reside in this local area. A service will be held on January 3,2022, with burial following. Expressions of sympathy can be made at www.strunkfh.com (funeral home). Thank you for your time.

88 is just as bad as PA roads Lol. If there's no traffic I'm in the left lane

    That’s for sure.
I think I wore the suspension out on my air seat on that road.
The other section of interstate I dislike greatly is the right lane of I 81 north between Scranton and Binghamton.
That’s another left lane only if it’s available.
