You're dead wrong billyj. I know Bigkid. He runs his ### off, and if the Risinger Bros deal had turned into peanuts-a-week in lieu of money, he'd have been gone a long time ago.

Exactly. I don't work for free. If I wasn't making good money here I would go someplace else in a heartbeat. I have left several companies where I was just sitting around bored all the time. Risinger keeps me as busy as I can run in a logbook and I make good money doing it.

Dude you have serious mental problems. Just face it you could not make any money here and I can. Probably has something to do with you bragging about having a 600 Cummins and all that crap. I would not own a 600 Cummins. I can do math too. You say you run from Indiana to west coast and back every week but that is alot more than 2700 miles a week. Funny thing is the guy I recruited to come to work here loves it here also. The guy I talk to the most that works here has been here 18 years. If they were so bad I am sure he would of left a long time ago.

I said i didnt make the money i wanted too and that i worked for a fleet that was leased on there. and the big secret company is myself. i got my own authority and went out on my own, yes its a pain in the ### at times, but id rather do it myself.

I'm to go to Risinger on Feb 21 and becky has been straight up and honest with me from the start. She had e-mailed me everything including the lease/finance agreement from Cure. Almost all the companies out here will not send you their lease agreement, and why would they, if they are gonna screw you, they dont want to tell you you'd never even try it. they want to tell you not show you anything. You guys are right if you dont watch your fuel mileage, have a $700 week new truck payment and go out of route, your not gonna make it. It takes both parties for a lease purchase to work. Miles and customers from the carrier. Good Fuel mileage, maintance habits and ability to stay out for atleast 2 weeks from the driver. It's just Plain Business Sense. I guess most I/C's just still got that company driver mindset. I know im gonna get bashed for posting this, but its my veiw on everything and whats going on now

I am not bragging about $1300 checks. I said I average $1300 a week and that includes weeks I take 5 or 6 days off. This last weeks was almost $1600 and next Fridays will be over $2000.

For the new guy, thier pay is'nt p.c. so sometimes its real close and other times its way outa wack, thier surcharge is'nt that great but its paid loaded and empty. most of the loads are heavy and u spend your time in a dust bowl drop lot. so if u watch your money and dont get chrome happy you will make desent money. even thou i worked for a fleet i had rick as a dispatcher and he done a super job for me. but be careful what the dilbie who takes care of the trailers says, he wil bk bill ya if he can on repairs or dammages.
